Use of the site

Eligibility and permitted use

Access to 55 Club at 55clubwin.net is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing or using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Residents of jurisdictions where use of this site is prohibited by local law are not permitted to access or register on 55 Club. You may use the site solely for lawful personal purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms of Service.

Prohibited conduct

Account responsibilities

If you register an account on 55 Club, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account reasonably believed to have been involved in a breach of these Terms, misuse of payment integrations, including those connected to UPI services such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, or any activity that undermines the security or fairness of the platform.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site at any time; continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual property

Ownership and limited licence

All content published on 55 Club, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 55 Club or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 1957 and the Trade Marks Act 1999. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission.

Trademarks

The name 55 Club, associated logos, and all related marks are trademarks or service marks of 55 Club. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our marks may constitute an infringement of applicable trademark law and will entitle us to seek appropriate legal remedies.

User-submitted content

If you submit or post any content through the site, you grant 55 Club a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights to any content you submit and that its submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

Limitation of liability

No warranties

55 Club provides the site and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor do we make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available on the site. Use of the site is entirely at your own risk.

Exclusion of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55 Club, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from failed or delayed transactions processed through payment methods such as UPI, PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to 55 Club in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
